Item # 1: ( 931 - 30 ) Grease Trap Service - 7/1/23-6/30/24 - as follows: fully pump out under-sink grease trap, scrape all interior walls and remove the debris and residue, steam clean if applicable. In accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and local ordinances, properly dispose of the grease trap contents. Overnight (12:00 am - 5:00 am) service to be provided at a minimum once/year. Deodorizing may be requested. Contracted vendor must specialize in the cleaning and maintenance of commercial grease traps with at least 3 years experience in commercial kitchens
