The COVID-19 Mitigation Unit, COVID-19 Response and Recovery Team, Health Preparedness and Community Protection, PA Department of Health (Department), seeks bids for purchase and distribution of an estimated quantity of 42,500 air filtration systems that eliminate pathogens in the air and on surfaces simultaneously (sanitation devices).
All Bids must arrive prior to the Bid opening date and time to be considered and become property of the Commonwealth once submitted. Prospective vendors must register at the PA Supplier Portal at www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.us. Prospective vendors who do not have access to the internet or who have questions about registering should contact the DGS Customer Service Center at 717-346-2676 (Harrisburg area) or 877-435-7363 (toll free).

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) provides interested and eligible parties with information to prepare and submit bids to the Department of Health (Department). Questions about this IFB can be directed to the contact listed on eMarketplace by April 1, 2024 and 2:00 PM ET. Any questions submitted after this date will not be answered. All questions must include the specific section of the IFB about which the potential supplier is requesting clarification, if applicable. Answers to all questions will be posted under the IFB Solicitation at www.emarketplace.state.pa.us. Each supplier shall be responsible to monitor the website for new or revised IFB information. The Department shall not be bound by any information that is not either contained within the IFB or formally issued as an addendum by the Department.
