INVITATION TO BID – SHIPPENSBURG UNIVERSITY
SU-2023/6: McLean Hall & Stadium Water Heater Replacements
Shippensburg University of the PA State System of Higher Education, Shippensburg Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania invites Plumbing Contractors, to download bid documents for this project. Work consists of the replacement of a domestic hot water boiler and storage tank in McLean Hall with five (5) gas-fired storage tank water heaters and the replacement of two (2) storage tank water heaters in Grove Stadium with nine (9) instantaneous domestic water heaters.
A Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on January 24, 2024 at 10:00 AM, EST at Shippensburg University in the Harley Hall Multi-Purpose room which is across from the Reed Operations Center located in Shippensburg, PA 17257. Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory, but is highly recommended
Electronic Bids are due no later than 1:00 PM, EST on February 15, 2024 through Ariba Discovery – Source Point Bid Event located at http://seller.ariba.com
The Bid package is available at http://seller.ariba.com . In order to submit a proposal, interested bidders need to register http://seller.ariba.com
