PROJECT TITLE:  Beaver County Maintenance Facility - Improvements
PROJECT LOCATION:  155 Stewart Avenue, Rochester, PA 15074
This Project is advertising for PROFESSIONAL SELECTIONS for design and/or engineering services.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes but is not limited to improving the overall work environment at the facility and improvements to several infrastructure and building systems.  Fire alarm and HVAC and boiler system improvements should be made throughout the main garage and office.  Toilet rooms and work area should also be renovated.  Toilet rooms should be reconfigured as required for ADA compliance.  Other improvements include installation of garage door safety sensors, compressed air line replacement, roof replacement of High Arch salt storage building, installation of undercarriage sprayer in the wash bay, replacement of annex building window and lobby flooring, etc.  Additionally, the project will address general site improvement, i.e. stormwater and sewage line replacement, and exterior lighting upgrades.  A brine farm building should be installed on the upper tier of the site.
ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $4,000,000.00.

The Department of General Services Capital Programs and the Bureau of Diversity, Inclusion and Small Business Opportunities identified this procurement as eligible for the setting of Small Diverse Business (SDB) and/or Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goals. Applicants must agree to meet all SDB and VBE Participation Goals in full or demonstrate that they have made Good Faith Efforts to meet the Goals.
