Description:

The Pennsylvania Department of General Services (the “Department”) is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced Offeror to provide consulting services and develop a Real Estate Comprehensive Plan (the “Plan”) to address both strategic short-term and long-term space utilization, while also providing recommendations for space consolidations for government operations. The Department’s portfolio consists of owned buildings (including garages and parking areas, if applicable), leased buildings (including garages and parking areas, if applicable), and approximately 4.5 million acres of land. The Department envisions the development of the Plan to be a highly collaborative process between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (the “Commonwealth”) officials representing the various branches of government, and the Offeror.
