Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum by inserting its number and date on Bid Form 1. Failure
to do so may subject the Bidder to disqualification.

written questions is extended until Friday, January 19, 2024 (10 days before the bid opening
date). Final addenda will be issued by Wednesday, January 24, 2024 (five days before the
updated bid opening date).
