The purpose of this addendum is:
Update the date of opening bids to 1/16/2024.
Respond to questions:
Q1. Do we need to assume that the program may not be funded in the new fiscal year, which
assumes the trainings will end mid year?
A1. No, applicants do not need to assume that the program may not be funded in the new fiscal
year. It is at the applicant's discretion if they choose to respond based on these assumptions,
knowing that funding between July 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 is contingent on budget
approval. Proposals will be scored based on the ability to complete the work and expend the
funds by December 31, 2024.
Q2. Does everyone doing the trainings need to be certified with Mental Health USA?
A2: Yes, everyone doing the training needs to be certified with Mental Health USA upon
completion.
Q3. Do you have a target number of trainings you would like to see offered?
A3. No, there is not a target number of trainings. The proposed number of trainings is at the
