The purpose of this addendum is to respond to vendor questions.
The City received the following question:
1. The RFP requests that commissioning services be provided. We wanted to verify what exactly
this commissioning service would require since it is in the closeout phase.
City Response:
1. While commissioning typically tends to cover energy efficiency and other building system
performance metrics, for this project we're looking for the commissioning services to validate
the core goal of returning the City Hall envelope to a watertight condition.
