The City of Greenville is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the 2024 Garage Rehabilitation project, located in various City-owned parking garages.

The proposed scope of work includes various concrete repairs, sealant replacement, rout and seal crack repairs, painting of steel elements, restriping, concrete repairs at ramps, concrete repairs of walking surfaces, cable barrier repairs, single-ply roof replacement, and other misc. work throughout the garages.
