TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:
The above-described Sealed Bid has been modified to reflect the following changes.
• 3.0 Specification
2. A minimum of 120” of fixed/moveable height (10 lateral shelves) per unit and meet building safety
requirements.
3. At a minimum, the mobile shelving system must have:
o Mechanical Assist with safety/floor locks.
o Adjustable file dividers for each unit.
o Legal slotted/unslotted shelves
o Index cardholders.
o Shelf reinforcements/supports.
o Common/Center stops.
Minimum requirement specifications for each shelving unit.
o Install a minimum of 32 shelving units to fill the square footage of the space.
o Must be a minimum of 120” of fixed height with Deck Panels.
o Back-to-Back – Double rows
o 42"W x 18"D SF Letter/Legal Slotted Shelves
o 42"W x 30"D Slotted Shelf/unslotted shelves
o 42"W x 15"D Unslotted Shelf/Slotted Shelf
o 15”D adjustable file dividers (3 per shelf)
• Bid Due Date
The bid due date has been extended to Tuesday, December 19th @ 2:30 p.m.
All other requirements of the Sealed Bid remain unchanged.
