Sealed bids in duplicate addressed to the City of Highland Village, Texas for UNITY PARK BASEBALL FIELD RENOVATIONS, BASKETBALL COURT, TENNIS CENTER LIGHT REPLACEMENT, for the City of Highland Village, Texas, hereinafter called the "the Project" to be constructed in accordance with the plans, specifications and contract documents prepared by Halff will be received at the office of the City Secretary of the City of Highland Village, Texas, at 1000 Highland Village Road, Highland Village, Texas 75077, until 2 P.M. on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. Bids received by the appointed time will be opened thereafter and read aloud. Any bids received after closing time will be returned unopened.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 25th, 2024, at the Highland Village Parks and Recreation building located at 948B Highland Village Road (The Robert and Lee DuVall Center), in room #102 (Boardroom). As part of the Pre-Bid Conference, City representatives will escort prospective bidders to the Project site after a general question and answer session is completed. The Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory, however, anyone submitting a bid without attending the Pre-Bid Conference may fail to obtain information relating to the Project that may impact the requirements of this bid, resulting in the bid being non-responsive and rejected as non-conforming. All questions regarding the Project related to the plans or the Pre-Bid Conference shall be submitted to Layne Olivo with Halff, (lolivo@halff.com). No questions will be answered within 48 hours of bid opening.
