The City of Laredo has established a local vendor preference ordinance 2018-O-175. All informal and formal Requests for bids for contracts will be evaluated with a 5% preference for local vendors.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Laredo (hereinafter called “City”) is soliciting formal request for Proposals (RFP), subject to the Terms and Conditions, for Vending Machine Services for the City of Laredo International Airport. Request for Proposals may be hand delivered at the City Secretary Office, 1110 Houston St., 3rd. floor, Laredo, Texas 78040 until 5:00 P.M. on April 8, 2024 and all proposals received will be opened and publicly acknowledged at 9:00 A.M. on April 9, 2024.
