The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the 2024-2025 TOC for Rehabilitation of Underground Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) project. Scope: Typical work activities anticipated for this contract relate to stormwater corrugated metal pipe rehabilitation projects whose construction may include cured-in-place pipe (CIPP), slip lining, centrifugally cast spray-on lining, invert paving, and spiral wound. Project construction may include but is not limited to cured-in-place pipe (CIPP), slip lining, centrifugally cast spray-on lining, invert paving, spiral wound, and any other items required due to the site conditions to accomplish the project scope.

It is understood and agreed that the work is to be substantially completed on or before 730 calendar days. This project does not include
hazardous environmental work. This project requires 2 project signs.
Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA) Program Compliance – Respondents shall meet the subcontracting
requirements as stated on 050.01 Form and on the Subcontractor/Supplier Utilization Commitment Form posted with this solicitation on
the City’s website. The Subcontractor/Supplier Utilization Commitment Form will be determined off of the base bid amount.
