The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the Airside TOC Maintenance project. Scope: This project is to provide repairs, maintenance tasks, renovations, rehabilitations, alterations, and small construction projects services in a cost effective and time efficient manner on the AoA. The scope of work for each activity will be defined through the issuance of a task order. The contractor will perform repair work on the airfield per City of San Antonio, FAA and Texas Department of Transportation criteria. Work may include repairs to, or replacement of any infrastructure (excluding buildings) within or pertaining to the airfield.

The estimated construction budget for this contract is $2,500,000.00.
Bidder acknowledges that this is a unit price contract; that unit prices established will remain in effect and valid
throughout the duration of the contract; the quantities shown are estimated quantities for budgetary purposes only;
the award of this contract does not guarantee contractor the entire work shown in this FORMAL INVITATION
FOR BID (IFB); the City of San Antonio (City) may order all, some, or none of the work shown in this IFB; and
