4 Equipment
Per specification Item 4.19, Bidder shall provide a full list of equipment/vehicles to be used on this project for Collin
County. List shall include items used for tree trimming, cutting, grinding, mulching, and haul off. Attach list in
"Response Attachments".

5 Equipment
Bidder confirms equipment furnished is capable of processing/grinding tree root balls up to ten (10) feet in
diameter, and tree trunks up to sixty (60) inches in diameter. Please Initial.

6 Equipment
Bidder confirms equipment is able to trim trees, cut large branches, or cut down as needed on various roads 18 feet
above the driving surface, up to 14 feet above the right-of-way, and 5 feet to 20 feet from the edge of the driving
surface. Please Initial.

7 Mobilization
Per specification item 4.16 state how many locations can be mobilized at one time and number of staff provided at
each site.
