SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES all materials, labor, equipment and services to produce or be incorporated in such construction. Contract will be a general contract for the construction of the Adult Detention Smoke-Heat Detector Replacement. The project is to complete the installation of a modification to the existing EST-3 addressable automatic fire detection and emergency voice/alarm communication system in the Sherrif’s Office and throughout the Collin County Detention Center located at 4300 Community Avenue in McKinney Texas to monitor and control the existingsprinkler system. System is located in CC50 911 Dispatch Center. The construction is also to upgrade the existing IRC-3 existing initiating appliances within the Project to EST-3 initiating appliances as noted on the Contract Drawings and described within the project specifications. Reference Specification 283100 and 283101. Payment for the contract work shall be made pursuant to the terms of the Contract Documents. The opinion of probable construction cost for this contract is $ 1,300,000.00.
