3 Exceptions (for IFB/Quote)
If you take any exceptions to the specifications, you must submit the exception/s as a Question via the public eBid
portal before the Question Cutoff Date for County consideration. The County will review and publish a response via
eBid. If you would like to offer any substitutions, please review the General Instructions Document ยง1.17 and submit

4 Response/Completion time
Vendor shall commence treatment of areas within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of purchase order from Collin
County for specified areas. Treatment shall be completed within thirty-six (36) calendar days of notice to proceed.

5 Insurance Acknowledgement
I understand that the insurance requirements of this solicitation are required and are included in the submitted
pricing. A certificate of insurance shall be submitted to the Purchasing department if I am awarded all or a portion of
the resulting contract. Please initial.

6 License Requirements
The vendor shall hold all permits, licenses, and certifications required to do the Work under this Contract, and all
such permits, licenses, and certifications shall be current. Vendor shall provide copies of such to Collin County
before beginning work. The herbicide shall be applied under the supervision of a Certified Commercial Applicator,
properly licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture. All chemical spraying shall be done by individual (s) with
a valid, current commercial applicators license. Please initial.

7 Contact Information
Before beginning work, vendor shall submit a listing of contact information of company representatives available to
respond to service and inspection requests from the County and to answer questions and/or take possible
complaints from residents of Collin County. The vendor shall have on call/available twenty-four (24) hours per day
at least one company representative. Please initial.
