Sealed bids, subject to the plans and specifications, will be received in the City of Colonial Heights VA Finance/Purchasing, City Hall - 201 James Avenue 2nd Floor, Colonial heights VA 23834, until but no later than 2:00 PM EDT, April 3 2024 for the Wastewater Pumping Station Structural Repair Project.

A pre-bid conference will be held on March 13 2024 at 10:00AM at City Hall Council Chambers, 201 James Avenue -1st floor, Colonial Heights VA.

This project consists of structural repairs to the main sanitary sewer pump station, located at 2701 Conduit Road, Colonial Heights VA.

The Wastewater Pumping Station Structural Repair project consists of structural repairs including, but not limited to installati0on of:

  1. Steel Members
  2. Neoprene Pads
  3. Shim Plates
  4. Bolts
  5. Anchors
  6. Paint System
