All bid envelopes must be plainly marked on the outside, “Sealed Bid: LWD
Purchase”.
Sealed Bids will be received at the following location before 3:30 p.m. on Monday,
April 1, 2024 according to the SKAGIT COUNTY COMMISSIONERS’ Reception Desk clock.
Incomplete proposals and proposals received after the time fixed for the opening cannot be
considered. Oral, telephonic, telegraphic, electronic, or faxed proposals will not be accepted. All
bidding shall be based upon compliance with the General & Contract Provisions and
Specifications.
