NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance/Purchasing at their office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue, Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for purchase and installation of the following:

4 ^th Floor District Court – Courtroom 1 Remodel
UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday, March 26 April 2, 2024 (Extended in Addendum 2)

At which time and place the bids will be publicly opened (live via Zoom), and read aloud. All bidders and any other interested persons are invited to be present at the virtual bid opening. Late submittals will not be considered.

Whatcom County Administrative Services Facilities Management is seeking bids for the 4 ^th floor District Court – Courtroom 1 Remodel located at 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington 98225, and other work as further described in the bid documents.
