Passenger carrying deck barge McNeil Island Number 1: crop and renew approximately 45% of main deck to include areas of wastage in excess of 25% of original plate thickness; remove and replace to original location any deck equipment or fixtures as required to complete work; prepare and coat all new work with paint specifications; and other related maintenance work. All of the work must be performed within the Puget Sound, Region, by June 30, 2023.
