The purpose of this RFQ is to receive competitive bids and award a WSDOT contract for the purchase of 1.0 Wetland Mitigation Credit to be used in Water Resource Inventory Area (WRIA) 26 in order to mitigate permanent impacts to Category I, Category I Long Term Temporary, and Category III wetlands due to temporary and permanent impacts caused by construction of the I-5/East Fork Lewis River Bridge NB – Replace Bridge project.
