The Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) pursuant to RCW 39.26 for the purpose of soliciting qualifications from skilled individuals interested in providing full-time temporary services instructing and testing Firearms and Patrol Tactics, for the Basic Law Enforcement Officer Academy, and providing instruction in advanced Firearms Training.
