01/24/24	State Parks is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to design, fabricate, deliver, and launch a movable, self-contained, floating sewer pumpout station barge facility. Delivery and launch to occur at the Deception Pass State Park, Cornet Bay Marine Crew Pier. Construct the barge, pumpout station, and manual pumpout sewage components of readily available equipment commonly used in the marine industry.
