The Washington Department of Commerce initiating this Request for Proposals to solicit Proposals from those qualified and interested in participating in a project that is focused on what is currently happening nationally and in Washington State around this topic, that provides suggestions on how to reduce the number of people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) living in most restrictive settings such as jails, prisons and hospitals.
