Bid Synopsis:

Rusk County is accepting bids for building demolition, which will include asbestos abatement/removal of the structure located at 900 College Ave. in the City of Ladysmith ("Building”). The property was previously used as a nursing home/hospital,but has been vacant for approximately 6 months. The building is situated on approximately 5.1 acres of land on the Flambeau River just west of Highway 27 (Parcel #246035990000). A map is attached in Exhibit A. An asbestos survey has already been completed for the property and is attached in Exhibit B.
