The Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District (The District) will receive proposals for the 2024 Nine Springs WWTP Lagoon PFAS Sampling Project until
11:00 a.m. local time on Monday March 11
th

The 2024 Nine Springs WWTP Lagoon PFAS Sampling Project will include developing a Field Sampling Plan and Quality Assurance Project Plan for submittal to the EPA, installing one ground water sampling well, collecting and analyzing groundwater PFAS samples in accordance with the EPA documents, and preparing a report to summarize results and recommendations for the District’s lagoon site.
The Owner will host onsite access to the lagoon site for the project. Onsite access will be provided on February 16
th
, 2024, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. Attendance is mandatory if the site has not been previously inspected by the Consultant. Sign‑up is required- tours will not be given to consultants who do not sign up for a time slot. Please contact Carly Amstadt at

to sign up for a specific time. Responses to any questions received during the onsite access sessions or over email will be answered in a formal addendum.

The
District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any technicality and accept any proposal that may, in its opinion, be advantageous to the District.
In connection with the performance of work for this project and under the related contract, the Proposer agrees not to discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of age, race, religion, color, disability, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other status protected by law.
