Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District (District) requests proposals from qualified groups or individuals to design and conduct three focus groups. Two focus groups will be with representatives of the District’s 24 owner communities, the cities, villages, towns, and utility districts served by the District. One focus group will be conducted with external stakeholders with whom the District works closely. The goal of these focus groups is to gather qualitative feedback on the performance of the District through a variety of topics, including communication, customer service, and public trust, and to identify potential action steps for the District.

Questions about
this RFP must be sent to Amanda Wegner by 4:00 p.m. CST Friday, Feb. 23, 2024. Responses to questions will be posted by 4:00 p.m. CST Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2024. If deemed necessary, the District’s review team may conduct interviews with proposal finalists to ensure fit and confirm understanding of the work.
Only formal written addenda can materially alter the specifications. No verbal statement made by a District employee or anyone else is binding, nor shall such a statement be considered an official part of this public proposal. All proposal responses and their contents will be public records. Unless otherwise specified in the proposal documents, the proponent should check our internet site for any addendum 72 hours before the scheduled proposal deadline. The District is federal and state tax-exempt. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any technicality and accept any proposal that may, in its opinion, be advantageous to the District.
