MMCAP Infuse (MMCAP Infuse) is a governmental cooperative serving thousands of state and local government facilities across the United States. MMCAP Infuse is operated by the State of Minnesota (State) Department of Administration’s Office of State Procurement (OSP) and is governed by Minnesota laws and procurement policies.

MMCAP Infuse Members (Members or Membership) are state agencies and political subdivisions throughout the United States. Membership is available to government-operated facilities, and the extent to which a member participates in the program is voluntary. Members include but are not limited to the following classes of trade: correctional facilities, psychiatric treatment facilities, public hospitals, school/college/university student health systems, public health, long term care facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and clinics For more information on MMCAP Infuse and its membership, visit www.infuse-mn.gov.

MMCAP Infuse is currently seeking qualified Responders that offer services for compliant DSCSA storage solutions. Proposals for this RFP will be provided to the entire MMCAP Infuse membership. Responders should be able to demonstrate knowledge and expertise related to the complexities of DSCSA requirements. Responses will be used to establish contract(s) that comply with all regulatory aspects related to DSCSA storage.
