Body of Notice: The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) is proposing to hire a Contractor to deconstruct, remodel, modernize the existing bathrooms, showers and laundry room inside of the Sitka Armory to comply with UFC and ATFP regulations. Project tasks will include removing and deposing of fixtures, toilets, urinals, stalls, re-configuring walls and some plumbing/electrical
work. The existing laundry room on the first floor and is to be relocated to the second floor as specified in the attached Invitation to Bid (ITB).

Mandatory Pre-Bid Walk-through.  **Mandatory** Walk-Through on June 20th, 2023 at 12 noon. We will meet at Building 1508 Sawmill Creek Road Sitka, AK 99835. Suggested that you pre-register to be notified if this date/time changes.

No Base access is required.

Deadline for Receipt of Bids. Current deadline for receipt of bids in response to the subject ITB is 1:00 P.M. Alaska time on July 5th, 2023. Information on submitting Bids can be found in the attached ITB. Late offers will be rejected.
