This Request For Proposals (RFP) seeks proposals from prospective qualified organizations (Offeror) to provide full-scale advertising and marketing services for highway safety campaigns, including project management, creative/design, production, ad and media placement, and other related services to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC). The contract period for the performance of the services described in this RFP is from the date of the fully executed Resulting Agreement through one (1) year, with four (4) one-year renewal options. MoDOT will receive proposals electronically through MissouriBUYS, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required the Offeror contact the buyer of record by email at Lori.Tackett@modot.mo.gov if the Offeror intends to submit a hard copy proposal. Proposals will not be accepted by email.
