The Missouri Department of Transportation - St. Louis District, has determined that only one company, TAPCO (Traffic & Parking Control Co., Inc.) can provide the department with TAPCO Radar Detection Upgrades including additional parts and signs to upgrade and maintain the existing systems throughout the St. Louis District. MoDOT - St. Louis needs to upgrade the detection cameras at several Wrong Way systems that were installed back in 2013. The Wrong Way systems and its components, including BlinkLink service and Connected Vehicle Interface, are considered proprietary and essential for synchronization with existing highway facilities. This notice shall meet the single feasible source requirements for one calendar year and in association with the needs described. Contract Period: March 27, 2024 - March 26, 2025.
