The WRC plans to rehabilitate two existing groundwater observation wells. Rehabilitation will include removing sediment that has accumulated in both wells followed by well screen swabbing of each well to clear the remaining sediment that is trapped in the slotted intervals. Pump tests will then be conducted to ensure successful communication between the well and the aquifer. The goal is to ensure that each well is efficiently communicating with the aquifer so that our data is truly representative of the groundwater conditions at each site.
