The Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) is soliciting proposals from qualified, eligible vendors to provide all materials, equipment, and labor to construct a pre-fabricated 10,000 square foot (100 ft x 100 ft footprint) metal building at LCRA’s Dalchau Service Center. The completion of this project will include:

• Construction of the Foundation
• Erection of the Pre-Fabricated Metal Building Kit
• Electrical Installation

according to the provided Drawings, Designs, and Specifications
