Note: Further to C3.1, the Contract Administrator or an authorized representative will be available at the Site at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 to provide Bidders access to the Site. Bidders to meet at 245 Smith Street front lobby and requires a minimum of Winnipeg Police Security clearance Level One. Bidders are advised to complete and submit the security requirements in Part F prior to the Site Investigation meeting. The Bidders shall provide the Contract Administrator with a list of individuals with their names and dates of birth attending the site investigation within five (5) Business Days prior to the site investigation date to confirm Security Clearance Level One. |
