Note: Further to C3.1, the Contract Administrator or an authorized representative will be available at the Site at 866 Tache Avenue on October 27, 2022 to provide Bidders access to the Site. Attendance at the site investigation is not mandatory, but is strongly recommended. The Bidder is advised to register for the Site investigation at least 48 hours in advance by contacting the City's Project Manager: Matthew Skinner, P. Eng., Project Engineer, City of Winnipeg, 204-986-6425, mskinner@winnipeg.ca. Bidders registered for the Site investigation must provide the Contract Administrator with a Global Sanctions & Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) Check obtained not earlier than one (1) year prior to the Site investigation. |
