-- This RFT is an invitation by the City for: The Supply of Labour, Material, Equipment and Supervision to complete the proposed new Davisville Community Aquatic Centre (New Zero Emissions Building, TGS v4, Tiers 2 & 3) located at 50 Davisville Avenue, Toronto, M4S 1E8 on behalf of the City of Toronto, Parks, Forestry and Recreation Division. The proposed new City facility is located on land owned by the TDSB (the landlord); the City is the tenant. The land has an occupied TDSB elementary school on site. The new City facility will be connected below grade to the existing school. .1 To the following pre-qualified Suppliers only to submit bids for the performance of the Work, as further described in Part 3 (DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS) and the Contract: (a) Aquicon Construction Co. | Pre-bid meeting: | - Mandatory Site Meeting Info - .1 Suppliers are required to attend a mandatory site meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project and ascertain the full extent of the Work required. The mandatory site meeting will take place at 10:00 AM local time on April 25, 2023 at Davisville Junior Public School 50 Davisville Ave, Toronto. Site meetings will not be available at any other times. 1.7 Suppliers must sign the attendance sheet at the mandatory site meeting during the designated date and time for the Bid to be considered.
