CHANGE ORDER NOTICE:CO#7: As-built survey showed that additional Earth and Mine Refuse were excavated. Erosion developed along the roadway ditch and drainageway. Landowner access will be addressed with aggregate and pipe culvert. These circumstances were unforeseeable at the time and germane to the original contract. Change order is in accordance with 720 ILCS 5/33E-9. (ref. original contract - P-25654).
