PREP, CLEAN AND INSTALL CARBON FIBER REINFORCED POLYMER TO REPAIR PIPE AND FLANGES THAT ARE LEAKING STEAM THROUGH OUT THE FACILITY. VENDOR WILL PROVIDE ALL LABOR AND EQUIPMENT TO DRILL, TAP AND INJECT EXPANSION JOINTS, PIPE AND FLANGES. Must be able to do the repairs will the steam line is live.
