Replace, furnish and Install Commercial Steam Dryer with maximum load capacity of 170 lbs.; equivalent to the Huebsch model# HT170S. Facility dryer requirements include 12" exhaust outlet and 3/4" steam line. There is no gas source available in the laundry area. Please indicate what capacity dryer is being quoted on the exceptions page of the contract.
