CITY OF POCATELLO – NOTICE OF FUNDING OPPORTUNITY
MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES GRANTS
The City of Pocatello invites interested parties to submit applications for this competitive grant program in support of mental health care under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Funding will be provided through a master grant the City received from the U.S. Department of the Treasury to administer the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) program. The City will issue Subrecipient Agreements (Subawards) to successful applicants for projects that increase access to affordable, equitable, culturally, and linguistically appropriate mental health care services for low-income, underserved, uninsured, and/or underinsured individuals and families.
Funding Available: $200,000
Maximum Award: $200,000
Minimum Award: $5,000.00
Estimated Number of Awards: 5-10
Anticipated Grant Period: May 15, 2024 – June 30, 2025
This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of ARPA and SLFRF program. All Subrecipient Agreements must be strictly awarded in accordance with the federal funding requirements. Section 3, disadvantaged business enterprises, minority owned businesses, and women owned businesses are especially encouraged to apply. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) or otherwise provide additional information, an addendum will be issued to all prospective Respondents who received copies of the original request and posted on the City of Pocatello’s website:
