Summary:The project is generally described as the installation of approximately 5,000 LF of 12-inch ductile iron water main and associated appurtenances. The new water main is to be placed in the location of an abandoned 6” water main which will necessitate the removal of the 6” line. The existing 12” water main currently in service will be abandoned in place once the new 12” water main is tested and brought into service.
