Summary:The Scope of Work shall consist of and is generally described as a 337 square foot interior renovation to the Einstein
Bagel area of the Perry Library with minor work on the exterior dumpster pad for a walk-in cooler location. The renovation
will consist of demolition and new of interior partitions, ceilings, plumbing, electrical work, and mechanical renovations to
allow for the new layout and infrastructure for new owner furnished equipment. The Anticipated
Construction Schedule is approximately late November 2023 through August 20, 2024 Final Completion. See Section VI.b.10.2. &
3. of the Project Manual for additional information.
