Project: Statewide Environmental Documents and Related Analysis
Description: The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from engineering and environmental consulting firms who wish to be considered to provide all necessary services, through experienced and qualified personnel, to assist the Department in the preparation of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents and related analyses for proposed transportation projects and studies as needed throughout the state.
The proposed fixed billable rate on-call contract will have a maximum value of $9,000,000 per term.
