  • Summary:The project is generally described as a new 1,000 square foot visitor control center. Supporting components will include utility service extension, roads, sidewalks, storm drainage, parking areas, site lighting, landscaping, and site improvements. The exterior of all the building will be constructed using cement board lap siding, with painted PVC trim boards, a brick wainscot, aluminum windows with laminated insulating glazing, and hipped standing seam metal roof.
