  • Summary:This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the Department of General Services, Division of Purchases and Supply on behalf of Virginia Department of Historic Resources. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit sealed proposals to establish multiple contracts between the Commonwealth of Virginia (COV), Department of Historic Resources (DHR) to carry out survey and planning projects funded by DHR grant programs. All administrative functions of these projects will be the responsibility of DHR, to include directing consulting services to accomplish the work, and management of the projects to ensure a product that will meet the needs and requirements of both the grant recipient and DHR, and that is delivered in a timely manner.
