Summary:The project’s purpose is to construct a connector road between Commonwealth Parkway and Pleasant Breeze Road within the Summit View Business Park. A park and ride will be constructed, including six (6) electric vehicle (EV) chargers. The project will also extend a shared use path from Commonwealth Parkway to the library. Additionally, the project will terminate the northern portion of Brick Church Road into a cul-de-sac. Brick Church Road will tie into the new Summit View Connector Road. Lighting, conduits, and landscaping is to be installed throughout the project.
The project will construct a stormwater management basin and modify an existing stormwater management basin. The project will construct an approximate 165-foot-long stormwater box culvert (6’ span x 5’ height). The project will also construct approximately 330 feet of 6-inch sanitary sewer, 2110 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, and 80 vertical feet of sanitary sewer manhole. Finally, the project will construct approximately 3,240 feet of 12-inch ductile iron water main including appurtenances.
