  • Summary:The project is generally described as the construction of a new five-story flight control tower with emergency back-up generator, fire alarm system, plumbing, and HVAC. The tower will be constructed with a cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame with Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) infill and finished with an Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) and will house relocated infrastructure from the existing flight control tower and communications building. Site elements include gravity sanitary sewer, potable water supply, communications and fire alarm infrastructure, power supply, gravel access road, and concrete walks.
