Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., PO
Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 1:00 p.m. local time, on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 for DPW
Project 24196 Psychological Science Bldg. 071, Remodel, Boise State University, Boise, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include tenant improvement project of an
existing higher education space for existing Tenant. Project to include the demo of walls and rooms, and
addition of new walls to create a new layout. Existing ADA restrooms to remain. Project to include new interior
finishes to match recent update. All HVAC and lighting to be updated per new layout. No structural members
to be altered.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, April 4, 2024, beginning at 11:00 a.m., prevailing local
time, at Boise State University, 2133 Caesar Chavez Lane, Boise, Idaho. Bidders are encouraged to
attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Architect for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may obtain
documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
