Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., PO
Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Thursday, January 04, 2024
for DPW Project 23016 Replace Data Chiller, Capitol, Department of Administration, Boise, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Base Bid: Replacing the existing 90
ton air cooled chiller with a new 80 ton chiller equipped with a free cooling coil. Replacing (2) existing 25
ton pumps with new (2) 25 ton pumps, adding a bypass loop to the existing system and installing a new
glycol make up package to the existing chilled data water system.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, beginning at 10:00 a.m.,
prevailing local time, at the State Capitol Building, Boise, Idaho. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Engineer for a refundable deposit of $200.00. Others may obtain
documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
